Tai Chi is a gentle, rhythmic, and deep-reaching form of exercise for mind & body, that promotes physical and emotional balance, flexibility, and mental health.​ Low-impact moves strengthen joints, ligaments, and connective tissue, as well as boosting energy and circulation for overall well-being.

Tai Chi is meditation in motion, motion in meditation, reducing stress and taming the heart.

Chris Green, founder of Stamford Tai Chi, is a practitioner of 30 years standing, attending workshops in Europe and North America, and is an experienced international instructor. He is also a Reiki Master and Tarot Card reader.​

Regular classes are every Thursday morning 10.30 - 11.30.

Beginners classes are every Thursday morning 11.30 - 12.30.
